1. Money-Back Guarantee Rules


In addition to any refund rights under applicable laws, Lovon offers a Money-Back Guarantee if you did not achieve the expected results with our app, provided all the following conditions are met:


Eligibility for a Refund


1. Timeframe for Requests:

• You contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase for both monthly and yearly subscriptions.

2. Usage Requirements:

• You have actively used the app for at least 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days of your subscription.

3. Proof of Usage:

• You can demonstrate that you followed the app’s program by providing screenshots or in-app activity logs showing at least 7 completed sessions during the first 30 days of your subscription.


Review Process


Once we receive your refund application, we will review your request and notify you (via email or otherwise) of our decision. Refunds under this guarantee will only be processed if all requirements are met.


2. General Refund Rules


1. Refund Period:

• Refund requests must be made within the first 30 days of your subscription. Refunds for subscriptions exceeding this period will not be granted unless required by applicable law.

2. Non-Eligibility for Refunds:

• If you do not meet the conditions of our Money-Back Guarantee or General Refund Rules, the fees you have paid are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

3. Case-by-Case Refunds:

• Certain refund requests may be considered at Lovon’s sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

4. Special Refund Provisions for Certain Regions:

• California and Connecticut (USA): If you reside in these states and cancel your purchase before midnight of the third business day following the purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund.

• EEA and Switzerland Residents:

• If you are a consumer based in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, you have the legal right to withdraw from contracts for purchases of services within 14 days of entering into the contract.

• If you exercise this right and cancel your subscription within this period, a proportional amount for the services already provided will be deducted from your refund.


3. Refund Process


To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Include proof of eligibility (e.g., screenshots or logs showing active app usage as required).

3. Provide details of your purchase, including the date and the email address associated with your account.


Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.


4. Important Notes


• Refunds are not available for subscription renewals unless requested within the first 30 days of the renewed period.

• If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.

• By subscribing to Lovon, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
