Frequently Asked Questions
How long does this self-audit take?
It takes about three minutes. There are 12 questions, each with four answers, and you pick the one closest to how you actually behave. There is no timer and nothing to type, so you can go at your own speed. Answer honestly rather than picking the version of yourself you wish were true.
Can a quiz really tell me if I am the problem in my relationship?
No, and it does not try to. Nothing here diagnoses you or settles who is at fault. What you get is a blur, sorted into three things you can actually name: how you argue, how you take feedback, and what stress turns you into. Naming them is the easy part. What you do next is the real work.
Is any of this attached to my name?
No. You can take the whole thing and read your result without an account, a name, or an email address. Your answers stay on your own device rather than on a server, and clearing your browser data erases them. Progress saves as you go, so closing the tab and coming back later will not lose your answers.
What if my result is harsher than I expected?
Sit with it before you react, and remember it describes habits, not your character. Habits move when someone looks at them honestly. If the result names things that scare you, or you recognize harm you have caused, talk to a licensed therapist. A quiz can start that conversation. It cannot carry it for you.
Where should I start after I see my result?
Treat it as a starting point, not a verdict. Name the pattern you recognized most, then watch how it shows up in real conversations this week. If you want to think out loud about it, Lovon is a private AI voice companion, available any hour, that draws on CBT and EFT and was developed with PhD psychologists. It is not therapy and does not replace a licensed professional.
