AI Marriage Coach
This is a free AI marriage coach you can use right on this page. Tell it what keeps happening and what the last time looked like, and it names the likely pattern, gives you two or three things to say or try in your own voice, and what to leave alone. It is an AI, not a person or a counselor, it only hears your side, and there is no sign-up.
I am an AI marriage coach, and I only hear your side, so tell me what keeps happening rather than what your spouse is like. Say how long you have been married and what the last time looked like: the fight, the silence, the thing neither of you brings up. I will tell you the likely pattern, what you could say, and what to leave alone.
This is support, not therapy, and it is not a diagnosis. If you are in immediate danger call 911. If you are having thoughts of harming yourself, call or text 988 in the US for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. If you are afraid of a partner, the National Domestic Violence Hotline is 1-800-799-7233, or text START to 88788.
Want to keep going without a session limit? The Lovon app is the same approach, any hour.
Ready for More Personalized Support?
Lovon is AI mental health support by voice — a private conversation whenever you need one, with no appointment. It is not therapy and not a substitute for care from a licensed professional.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this AI marriage coach free?
Yes. The chat on this page is free to use, with no account, email or sign-up. A session runs about ten messages, which is usually enough to work through one situation, like how to raise the chores fight without starting it again. If you would rather talk it through out loud, or keep going past that, the Lovon app takes the same approach by voice.
Is it a real person?
No. It is an AI, not a person and not a licensed professional. Each reply is written by the AI from what you typed in this conversation. It does not know you beyond that, and it does not know your spouse at all, which is why anything it says about what they feel or meant is labeled as a guess.
Is this an AI marriage counselor?
No. It is coaching, not counseling. Marriage counseling is done by a licensed therapist who usually sees both of you, can work with mental health conditions and the history behind a pattern, and answers to a licensing board. This chat is an AI that hears one side and helps with the next conversation: what to say, when, and what to leave out. If the marriage is in serious trouble and you both want help, a licensed couples therapist is the right call, and this can be somewhere to think before or between sessions.
What does a marriage coach do?
Marriage coaching is practical and forward-looking. A coach works on the thing in front of you, the same argument about money, the silence after a fight, the drift, and you leave with something to try before the next session. It is not licensed or regulated in the US, so what you get depends on the person. This chat does the same kind of work for one spouse at a time: it names the likely pattern, writes words in your voice, and asks one question back.
Can I use it if my spouse will not?
Yes. It is built for one person, because that is how most of these conversations start. It cannot change your spouse, and it will not pretend to know what they think. What it can change is your half of the pattern: how you open, what you ask for, and what you stop doing at minute two. That alone changes how some arguments go, though not all of them.
Can it help after an affair?
It can help with the first days: what to ask, what to say, and how to avoid making a permanent decision at the peak of the shock. It will not tell you to forgive, stay or leave, because that is yours to decide and it has heard only one side. If you both decide to try rebuilding, a licensed couples therapist is the usual next step, and this is not a replacement for one.
What happens to what I type here?
You do not need an account, email or sign-up. What you type goes to an AI so it can write the reply. On this site the conversation is not saved to an account, and it disappears from this page when you close the tab, so copy anything you want to keep. Nothing is sent to your spouse. You can leave out names and any details that identify someone. The advice works the same without them.
