AI Life Coach

This is a free AI life coach you can use right on this page. Tell it where you feel stuck or what you are deciding, and it helps you sort what you want from what you think you should want, then names one next step for this week. It is an AI, not a person, and there is no sign-up.

I am an AI life coach. Tell me where you are: stuck and not sure why, weighing a big decision, or in the middle of a change you did not fully choose. Give me the specifics, and I will help you sort what you want from what you think you should want, and find one next step you could take this week.

An AI, not a person and not a licensed professional. It only knows what you type here, and it will not decide for you.

This is support, not therapy, and it is not a diagnosis. If you are in immediate danger call 911. If you are having thoughts of harming yourself, call or text 988 in the US for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. If you are afraid of a partner, the National Domestic Violence Hotline is 1-800-799-7233, or text START to 88788.

Want to keep going without a session limit? The Lovon app is the same approach, any hour.

Most of what comes up when you look for an AI life coach is an app to download or an article about one. This is a chat on the page itself, with nothing to install.

It is an AI, not a person and not a licensed professional. It knows only what you type here. There is no account, and the conversation disappears from this page when you close the tab.

1

What the chat does with your situation

It starts with where you are, because stuck, deciding and in the middle of a change need different first moves. Someone who feels stuck usually needs to find out what they actually want. Someone deciding often knows, and is arguing with what they think they should want. Someone in the middle of a change needs the next week, not the next ten years.

Then it separates two voices that sound alike: what you want, and what you think you are supposed to want. A parent's idea of a sensible life, a partner's comfort, what friends will say. Big life questions are rarely only about you, so the chat looks at the people and the feelings in the decision, not only the options, and labels its read as a guess where it is one.

After that it names the real choice in one line. "Chicago or Portland" often turns out to be "do I want to change the shape of my life, or keep this as a private daydream". Then one next step small enough to take this week, what not to do yet, and one question back.

Situations people bring to it

Feeling stuck without a reason. The job is fine, the relationship is fine, and something is off. It asks what you have stopped doing, and what you keep thinking about when nobody is asking.

A big decision: moving, changing direction, or ending something. It will not choose for you. It helps you hear which reasons are yours. If what you might end is a relationship, the stay-or-leave pressure test checks the decision itself, and what leaving would take lays out the practical side.

A change you did not fully choose. The kids leave home, a relationship ends, a birthday with a zero at the end. The old routine is gone and the new one has not formed yet. After a breakup in particular, the AI breakup coach goes deeper.

Habits that keep slipping. It does not hand you a new system. It asks what happens right before you skip, because that moment usually explains more than the plan does. If the voice that shows up there says you always fail, the AI mindset coach works on that thought directly.

Balance and overwhelm. Too many roles and no room left for you. It helps you see which commitments you chose and which you never managed to say no to. If the pattern is saying yes to everyone, the people pleaser test shows how far it goes.

3

What it will not do

It will not decide for you, and it will not promise that a move, a new job or a fresh start will fix the feeling. It will not agree with everything you say to keep you comfortable. A coach that only agrees is a mirror, so this one asks a question back instead.

It does not give financial, legal, medical or fitness advice. It can help you understand why quitting your job feels urgent. Whether you can afford to is a question for a financial adviser, and a contract or custody question is one for a lawyer. It is not therapy, and it does not diagnose anything.

4

When it stops being a life coaching question

Sometimes stuck is something else. If you have felt low or flat most days for two weeks or more, or nothing interests you anymore, that is worth taking to a doctor or a licensed therapist. The AI mental health coach can help you get ready to describe it.

If someone in your life threatens you, controls you or makes you afraid, the National Domestic Violence Hotline is 1-800-799-7233, or text START to 88788. If you are in danger right now, call 911. If you are thinking about hurting yourself, call or text 988.

This chat, like the Lovon app, is for adults 18 and over.

Text here, voice in the app

This page is a text chat of about ten messages, usually enough for one question. The Lovon app takes the same approach by voice. Saying a plan out loud is a quick way to hear whether you believe it. It is an AI there too, not a person. If you want to keep going, get the Lovon app.

Lovon is AI mental health support by voice — a private conversation whenever you need one, with no appointment. It is not therapy and not a substitute for care from a licensed professional.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can an AI be a good life coach?

It can do the parts of coaching that happen in conversation: asking what you actually want, noticing when a reason sounds borrowed from someone else, and turning a vague wish into one step for this week. What it cannot do is know you beyond what you type, follow up next month, or notice what you leave out. A good one says that plainly, asks questions instead of agreeing with everything, and makes no promises about your future.

Is this AI life coach free?

Yes. The chat on this page is free to use, with no account, email or sign-up. A session runs about ten messages, which is enough to work through one question properly. If you would rather talk it through out loud, or keep going past that, the Lovon app takes the same approach by voice.

Is it a real person?

No. It is an AI, not a person and not a licensed professional. Each reply is written by the AI from what you typed in this conversation. It does not know your history, your family or your work beyond what you tell it, so the more specific you are, the more useful the answer.

What is the difference between a life coach and a therapist?

A therapist is a licensed clinician who can assess and treat mental health conditions. Life coaching is not a licensed profession, and it works forward: goals, decisions, habits, the next step. This chat is coaching, from an AI. If what is in the way is weeks of low mood, anxiety that runs your days, something painful from the past, or thoughts of hurting yourself, that is a job for a licensed therapist or your doctor, not a coach.

Can it help me decide whether to move or change careers?

It can help with the part that is about you: what you want, what you are afraid of, whose voice is in the 'should', and what one small step would tell you more. It will not tell you which option to pick, and it does not do the money, legal or practical side. For those, a financial adviser, a lawyer, or someone who has made the same move will know more than any chat.

What should I look for in an AI life coach?

Four things. It should say clearly that it is an AI. It should ask you questions, not just agree, because a coach that calls every idea great is flattering you, not coaching you. It should give you something small to do, not a thirty-day program. And it should be honest about what happens to what you type. Be wary of any app that promises a transformed life, or that seems to want you talking to it instead of to the people around you.

What happens to what I type here?

You do not need an account, email or sign-up. What you type goes to an AI so it can write the reply. On this site the conversation is not saved to an account, and it disappears from this page when you close the tab, so copy anything you want to keep. You can leave out names and any details that identify someone. The coaching works the same without them.
