Low overfunctioning

What this means
Your answers put the balance close to even. That does not mean you split every task down the middle — few couples do, and this scale is not counting chores. It means the load is not silently concentrated in you. Things get handled without you being the one who notices, decides and follows up every time. Some part of shared life runs without your input. And you are not carrying a private account of what you do.
It is still worth reading the three parts separately, even inside a low total. Over-responsibility is holding more than your share of the logistics, the planning and the feelings of two people. Crowding is the moment where doing it yourself is faster than waiting or explaining, and the other person gradually stops trying. The unseen ledger is the bill that arrives later, itemised in your head and never shown to anyone. A low score usually means none of the three has taken hold. It can also mean one of them is early, which is the cheapest possible point to notice it.
The reason this is worth watching even when it is not a problem: overfunctioning and underfunctioning are one system, not two personalities. The more one person absorbs, the less there is for the other to absorb. Nobody chooses it. It builds out of a hundred small moments where absorbing was faster, and by the time it is visible it looks like a fixed difference in how much each person cares.
Life events tilt it. A new baby, an illness, a job that eats one person's week, a move — any of these shift the load, and the tilt often outlasts the reason for it. The position you are in now is not permanent in either direction, which cuts both ways.
What to do next
Keep one area of shared life fully theirs. Not delegated, not supervised — theirs, including the standard and the timing. What erodes balance is rarely effort. It is quality control. Redoing something once teaches both of you who it really belongs to.
Notice which of the three parts scored highest even inside a low total. If it is crowding, the practice is waiting longer than is comfortable. If it is the ledger, the practice is saying the thing while it is still small and boring, rather than once it has weight attached.
If there is a specific imbalance on your mind and you want to work out how to raise it, Lovon is a place to think it through and get the words together first.
