High rejection sensitivity

What this means
At this range all three parts tend to be running at once, and the honest description is exhausting rather than dramatic. Most of the work happens where nobody can see it: the rereading, the drafting, the constant low-level assessment of whether you are still wanted.
The loop at this level is largely self-supplying. It does not need anyone to behave badly, because ordinary life produces more than enough ambiguity — busy people, slow replies, flat days that have nothing to do with you. Each of those gets resolved in the same direction, and the protective response that follows changes what the other person does next. From the inside, that change looks like accuracy. It is worth knowing that this sequence is a common documented pattern rather than a special property of your relationships.
Something else is usually true here: the alarm is not irrational, it is out of date. Sensitivity like this is generally learned somewhere it was accurate — a relationship where warmth came and went without explanation, a stretch of being on the outside of a group, a rejection that landed at an age when it was hard to hold. The response was proportionate then. The cost now is that it fires where the danger is much smaller and the protective move does real damage.
It is also common at this level to be carrying a belief that you are fundamentally hard to keep. That belief is the part to hold loosely, because it is what makes the protective moves feel necessary rather than optional.
What to do next
Start with behaviour, because it is the only part of the loop the other person can see and the only part fully under your control. Put a fixed delay between feeling dropped and doing anything about it — no sudden silence, no follow-up messages, nothing decided in the first hour.
Replace decoding with asking. It will feel like exposure, and it is usually the shortest way out. A single plain question is nearly always cheaper than three days of interpretation.
Be careful about which evidence you count. At this level a slow reply will read as confirmation, while the times you were wrong will not get logged at all. Write those down deliberately.
If this has run through most of your close relationships, working with a therapist is a reasonable step rather than an extreme one — this pattern responds well to structured work, and doing it alone is harder than it needs to be. Lovon is available in the meantime, including at the hours when the guessing is loudest. It is support between those conversations, not a substitute for them.
