“Last caller yelled at me for twenty minutes. I log back in in five and I’m still shaking.”
“That’s a lot to carry into the next call. Let’s take one slow minute first. What part of it is still loudest in your head?”
Burnout shows up as resignations, sick days and short tempers.
Most people never call the EAP. They carry it into the next shift, vent to their manager, or quietly start looking for another job. Many are already telling a chatbot about work stress. Lovon gives them one built for it.

A real conversation, out loud
Employees call Lovon and talk, the way they would with a person. No forms, no typing, no waiting list.
Any hour, in seconds
Between calls, after an on-call night, before a hard one-on-one. Lovon picks up 24/7.
Built with PhD psychologists
Practical, evidence-informed support for stress, anxiety, sleep, conflict and relationships.
Private by design
Conversations belong to the employee. You see anonymous, aggregated usage, never who said what.

Lovon for everyone, from
$1,200a month
$14,400 a year. Discounts are possible.
That’s about 3× what Lovon costs.
And turnover: about 59 people leave a year. Replacing them costs about $515,970.
Assumes each weekly user gets back 2 working hours a week, as in a randomized trial of employees who got support for depression (Wang et al., JAMA, 2007). An hour is valued at salary ÷ 2,080. Replacement cost is 21% of salary (median from the Center for American Progress review, 2012). Lovon price is the starting price of $8 per employee per month; your quote depends on team size and term. This is an illustration, not a prediction.
Evidence from real use, published openly.
We studied 6,904 CORE-10 wellbeing check-ins from 5,882 Lovon users and published the results, methods and code.

For People and HR
Support people actually use
- A launch kit: announcement email, Slack or Teams post, and a one-page guide for managers.
- Anonymous reports on activation, weekly use and how the team feels, only for groups of 10 or more.
- A named contact at Lovon for rollout and questions.
For finance
A line item that’s easy to defend
- From $8 per employee per month, priced by team size and term.
- No per-session fees and no usage overages.
- Often less than the cost of replacing one person a year.
For IT and security
Nothing to install or integrate
- Employees use the Lovon app on their own phone with a company invite link.
- No access to your systems. We only need to know who to invite.
- Individual conversations are never shared with the employer.
How Lovon fits next to what you already offer
Lovon doesn’t replace your EAP or health plan. It covers the everyday moments they were never built for.
| Compare | Lovon | EAP | Therapy benefit |
|---|---|---|---|
| When it’s there | 24/7, picks up in seconds | Phone line, then a referral | Appointments, often a wait |
| What it is | A two-way voice conversation | Short-term counseling | Sessions with a licensed clinician |
| Best for | Everyday stress, before it builds up | Crises, legal and financial help | Diagnosed conditions |
| Typical cost | From $8 per employee a month | About $1–5 per employee a month (but almost no one uses it) | About $10–14 per employee a month, or per session |
Typical market prices for US employers in 2025–2026. Your plan may differ.
Where Lovon helps most
Support teams and contact centers
Agents absorb other people’s anger all day, then log back in. A few minutes of talking it through between calls helps them reset instead of carrying it into the next customer, or out the door.
Engineering and IT teams
On-call nights, release deadlines and constant change. Lovon is there anytime, after an incident or before a tough review, when there’s no one else to talk it through with.
Fast-growing companies of 20 to 500 people
No big HR team, and managers end up playing counselor. Lovon gives everyone a place to think out loud, so managers can stay managers.

Tell us about your team, what’s hard right now and what you’d want to see change.
- 2

- 3
A report you can share
At the end of the pilot: activation, usage and how people say they feel, in aggregate.
- 4
Rollout to everyone
If the numbers work, we extend Lovon to the whole company on an annual plan.

What Lovon is not
Lovon is not therapy and not a medical service. It does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it isn’t a replacement for your EAP, your health plan or a licensed professional.
Lovon is not an emergency service. If someone may be in danger, they should call 911 or call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Read our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
Questions from HR teams
Is Lovon therapy?
No. Lovon is an AI coach for everyday emotional support: stress, conflict, low mood, sleep and relationships. It is not therapy, does not diagnose and does not provide treatment. It works alongside your EAP and health plan, not instead of them.
Can we see what our employees talk about?
No. Conversations belong to the employee. As an employer you see only anonymous, aggregated numbers, such as how many people activated their account and how often the team uses Lovon. We never share individual conversations or who said what.
How do employees get access?
We send you an invite link for your team. Each person downloads Lovon on iPhone or Android and gets their own private account. There is nothing to install or integrate on your side, so most teams can be live within a day.
How much does Lovon for Teams cost?
Pricing starts at $8 per employee per month. Your price depends on team size and contract term. There are no per-session fees.
Is there a minimum team size or contract length?
Lovon for Teams is built for companies of about 20 to 500 people. Plans are usually annual, priced by the number of employees you enroll. Tell us about your team on a call and we will suggest what fits.
What happens to a seat when someone leaves?
It moves to whoever replaces them. You pay for the number of people enrolled, not for named individuals, and you can add people as the team grows.
Can we start with a pilot?
Yes. Many teams start with a pilot for one team. At the end you get a report on activation, usage and how people say they feel, in aggregate, so you can decide on a rollout with real numbers.
How do you measure impact?
We report activation, weekly active use and conversation volume, plus optional anonymous check-ins on stress and wellbeing before and after. Results are always aggregated and only shown for groups of 10 people or more, so no individual can be identified.
Does Lovon replace our EAP?
No. An EAP is there for crises, referrals and short-term counseling. Lovon covers the everyday moments in between: the hard call, the bad night, the difficult conversation with a manager. Many employees talk to Lovon who would never call an EAP line.
What happens if someone is in crisis?
Lovon is not an emergency service. If someone may be in danger, they should call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988 in the US). Lovon encourages people to reach professional or crisis support when they need it.
What size of company is Lovon for Teams for?
It is built for companies of about 20 to 500 people, especially support and contact-center teams, engineering and IT teams, and fast-growing startups. If you are larger or smaller, book a demo and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
Give your team someone to talk to.
