Can AI provide real emotional support?
AI can’t replace human connection, but it can provide meaningful support — especially at 2 AM when no one is awake. Lovon uses CBT and emotion-focused therapy to help you process feelings, not just vent into a void.
When do I need emotional support vs. therapy?
Emotional support helps with daily stress, loneliness, and processing feelings. Therapy is clinical treatment for diagnosed conditions. Lovon is designed for the first — and as a complement to the second.
Is talking to AI actually helpful?
Research shows that verbalizing emotions — even to a non-human listener — activates the prefrontal cortex and reduces emotional intensity. Voice-based AI like Lovon adds structured therapeutic techniques to this process.
Is my conversation private?
On Lovon, yes. All conversations are encrypted end-to-end, never shared, and never used for AI training. You can delete your data anytime.
