Still going over the decision

What this means
Scores in this range usually mean the middle group of questions is carrying the total. You are not only missing them. You are going back over what you did, when you did it, and what you might have seen earlier.
This is the hardest node in pet loss, and it comes from something specific: with an animal, the decisions were yours. When to go to the vet. Which treatment to try and which to stop. Whether today was the day. Almost nobody gets to make those decisions with enough information, and afterwards the mind runs them again with information it did not have at the time. That is what the replaying is. It is hindsight being used as evidence against a past version of you who could not see what you can see now.
Two shapes come up over and over. Too early, which sounds like they still wagged, they still purred, they still ate a little, so I took days they would have had. And too late, which sounds like I kept them for me, I made them wait while I got ready. People often hold both at once, which is the clearest sign that this is not an accuracy problem. A question you can fail in both directions at once has no right answer available.
The third shape is did they know. Whether they were frightened, whether they understood what was happening, whether the last thing they felt was confusion. That one is unanswerable, which is exactly why it circles.
What to do next
Move from judging the decision to describing it. Write down, in plain order, what you actually knew on that day: what they had stopped doing, what the vet said, what the options were, what you could see in front of you. Not to win the argument. To put the decision back in the hands of the person who had to make it, with the facts that person had.
Say it out loud to someone once. Guilt kept private tends to grow, and most people find that the version they have been carrying in silence sounds different to them the first time they hear themselves say it.
If it helps to have something to say it into first, the letter to someone you lost is written for exactly this and it works for an animal. Vent to someone is there for the three in the morning version.
If the same ten minutes have been running in your head for months and nothing you do shifts them, that is worth taking to a therapist rather than pushing at alone. Grief this stuck responds well to help and badly to willpower. And if what is circling is not only the animal, the guilt test separates guilt that is pointing at something you can put right from guilt that is only punishing you.
