A quiet appetite for now

What this means
None of the three appetites came out strong. Your answers show no clear pull toward more closeness, more freedom or more intensity right now. You may be in a relationship that is fine as it is, dating without much urgency, or not looking at all. This result describes a low or settled appetite, not a problem.
It is worth reading what kind of quiet it is, though, because there are several, and they mean different things.
Three kinds of quiet
Content quiet. Your current relationship already gives you roughly what you want, so you are not chasing anything. Most of the questions here ask what you go after, and when nothing is missing there is not much to go after. If this sounds like you, the result is good news and needs no fixing.
Depleted quiet. Work, family, health or money is using the energy that would normally go into wanting things from love. The appetite is not gone. It is on hold. People in this state often feel guilty about not being more invested in a partner or in dating, and the guilt usually makes it worse. The appetite tends to come back when the load comes down.
Guarded quiet. After a painful relationship or a long run of disappointment, wanting things can start to feel risky, so it gets turned down on purpose. This one looks calm, but it is usually doing a protective job. If you recognize it, am I ready for a relationship is the better next question, because it looks at whether the last ending has settled.
There is also a fourth possibility: that romantic appetite in general is not a big part of who you are. That is a valid way to be, and the aromantic test explores it with more care than a test about appetite can.
What to do next
Name which quiet it is. Content, depleted, guarded or simply not very drawn to romance: each points to a different next step, and you are the only one who can tell which applies.
Do not force an appetite you do not have. Dating out of a sense that you should usually produces flat dates and confused partners, and it teaches you that dating is a chore.
If you are in a relationship, tell your partner what this season looks like for you, so they do not read a low appetite as a loss of interest in them specifically. "I am running on empty at the moment, and it is not about you" prevents a lot of quiet worry.
If you want to work out which kind of quiet you are in, Lovon is there to talk it through.
