Your self-control is mostly built in

What this means
None of the three parts of self-control this test scores stands out in your answers. When you decide against something tempting, the decision mostly holds. You tend to finish dull tasks and do what you planned before what you feel like. And you have some structure around you, routines and small obstacles that do part of the work for you.
That last part is easy to overlook, and it may be the most important. People with steady self-control often do not resist more temptations than everyone else. They face fewer, because their days are set up so that the choice they want is the easy one: the phone charges in another room, the bill gets paid on the same day each month, the gym slot is in the calendar. Willpower is then kept for the moments nothing else covers.
Where it can still slip
Self-control is not a fixed amount. Tiredness, stress, illness and low mood all weaken it, and a person who is steady in an ordinary month can find their routines falling apart in a hard one. When that happens, it is a sign of load, not a loss of character, and the routines usually come back when the load eases.
It can also be uneven. You may be disciplined at work and much less so with your phone in the evening, or the other way round, and an overall result hides that. If one statement made you wince even though your result is calm, that is the area worth a look.
And strong self-control can tip into rigidity. If you find it hard to relax a routine for a good reason, a friend visiting, a holiday, a day off, ask whether the structure is serving you or the other way round. If high standards are part of it, the perfectionism test looks at that side.
What to do next
Name what works. Write down the two or three routines or obstacles that carry most of your self-control. When a hard month comes, those are the ones to protect first, because they keep the rest standing.
Add one small structure where you are weakest. If your answers had one soft spot, set it up the way the areas that work are set up: a fixed time, a removed temptation or a default decision.
If you want to talk through a goal or a habit that keeps slipping, Lovon can help you plan the setup around it.
