What this means

Your answers stayed low on all three parts, which means the things people rely on you for are mostly there. You do what you said you would, or you tell them early when you cannot. You tell the truth when a small lie would be easier. And what people tell you privately tends to stay with you.

That combination is rarer than it sounds, because each part fails for a different reason. Follow-through fails under overload. Honesty fails under social pressure. Discretion fails in good company, when a story is too good not to tell. Holding all three means you have habits that work under three different kinds of pressure, not just a good character on a calm day.

It also means something practical. People who can count on someone tend to bring them the important things first: the problem before it gets big, the news before it is public, the honest question they would not ask anyone else. That is what trust buys, and it is worth knowing you have it.

Where it can still slip

Self-ratings of trustworthiness run generous for almost everyone, because we judge ourselves by our intentions and other people judge us by what happened. This result is a good sign, not a certificate. For reliable people, two places are worth watching.

The first is overload. Reliable people get asked for more, say yes more, and eventually carry more promises than a week can hold. The first thing to go is usually the small stuff, the link you said you would send, and small slips are what people remember.

The second is loyalty. Being trusted by several people at once means holding confidences that pull against each other. Telling your partner what a friend told you can feel like intimacy rather than a breach. From the friend's side, it is still a breach.

What to do next

Keep the habit that probably earned you this result: when you cannot deliver, say so before the deadline, not after. That one move protects more trust than any number of kept promises.

Then look at your outgoing promises once a week. Anything you said yes to and no longer plan to do, release it out loud. A clean no costs less than a quiet no-show.

If you came here to work out whether someone else is trustworthy, the main test page has a section on the signs to watch. If the real question is why you find it hard to trust people, the trust issues quiz is built for that. And when a confidence you are holding starts to feel heavy, Lovon is a place to think it through without passing it on.

This quiz is for self-reflection and educational purposes. It is not a diagnosis, clinical instrument, or replacement for professional care. If any of this raises concerns, consider talking to a licensed therapist. How we build these quizzes.

  • What is considered cheating?

There is no universal list, which is why the answer depends on the agreement the two of you actually have, usually one…

The items on this test are written by Lovon around the three parts described above. It is not a validated integrity or personality instrument, and it does not reproduce any published questionnaire.

There are no norms behind the results. They describe which part of trustworthiness your answers point to, not where you rank against other people, and nothing here is a diagnosis or a judgment of your character.

If you want a truer read, ask someone who relies on you which of the three parts they would pick.
